I, the undersigned, declare myself to be at least 21 years of age. I am not intoxicated or impaired in any way. I understand the danger of riding this mechanical bull. I understand that this machine may cause serious injuries or death from a fall, being thrown, and /or from even being near this machine. I understand that more than one rider or being over 250 lbs and falling off the mechanical bull on purpose or recklessly can be dangerous and increase the risk of injury and /or death.

Please be aware, advised and understand that: Mechanical Bull riding can be very hard on your wrist. If you have weak gripping wrist/s we suggest you do not ride. This machine may cause bruised or even broken bones from falling, riding or being thrown from this machine, but not limited to dismemberment of fingers, arms, legs or other parts of the body, injuries to the face, mouth, teeth, head, neck, spinal joints, ligaments and /or any / all injury / injuries to the body not mentioned, including mental or mental distress, or even death. Absolutely no drunk riders or riders with any casts, braces or obvious injuries will be allowed to ride if you have any of these conditions and did not report or went undetected the below listed as held harmless are not liable for any / all claims of injury to any / all riders.

I RELEASE AND ALSO HOLD HARMLESS: HOLLYWOOD'S PRODUCTION INC., SILVERADO RANCH ANY / ALL MEMBERS, AGENTS OF HOLLYWOOD'S PRODUCTION INC., MOLSON COORS BEVERAGE COMPANY, CITY OF WILDWOOD, SILVERADO RANCH, MOREY'S PIER, MECHANICAL BULL SALES, OPERATORS, OR ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH OR IN THE CONNECTION WITH THE OPERATION OF THE MECHANICAL BULL OR IT'S AGENTS FROM ANY / ALL INJURY / INJURIES THAT MAY HAVE OCCURRED PRESENT AND / OR FUTURE AT THE BEACH EVENT / MUSIC FESTIVAL JUNE 20th THROUGH JUNE 23rd 2024 DATES THROUGH ENDING DATE DUE TO ACCIDENTAL NEGLIGENCE AND / OR INTENTIONAL. CLIENT ALSO AGREES NOT TO FILE LEGAL SUIT AGAINST SILVERADO RANCH INC. OR ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH THE CONTRACTED MECHANICAL BULL SERVICE PROVIDER FOR ANY REASON AND HEREBY RELEASES THE RIGHT FOR ANY OF THEIR ATTORNEYS, FAMILY, FRIENDS, OR HEIRS PAST, PRESENT OR IN THE FUTURE, TO FILE SUIT AGAINST ANYONE FOR INVOLVEMENT AND / OR BEHALF IN REGARDS TO ANY / ALL INJURY, INJURIES, OR DEATH SUSTAINED AS A RESULT OF RIDING THE MECHANICAL BULL DURING THE HOLLYWOOD'S PRODUCTION FESTIVAL DATES JUNE 8 THROUGH JUNE 23, 2024 RENTAL PERIOD. CLIENT AGREES NOT TO SUE FOR ANY PHOTOS SHOWING UP IN ANY MEDIA, VIDEOS OR PUBLICATIONS.

Please be aware and advised that: The air cushion could fail to soften the fall from this machine, and it is possible that you may land on a hard or sharp surface. Please remove all jewelry, glasses, keys or knife attached to belt, hard sole or spiked heel footwear, mirrored jackets or clothing, spurs before riding. If you are underage, please do not ride without parent or legal guardian permission. If you have any question or problem with the above do not ride. Please do not hesitate to ask operator any questions you may have regarding your safety. Silverado Ranch Inc. requires that Molson Coors beverage company provide the registration tables and staff as they did last year to safeguard the 21-year-old and up riders only policy.  Silverado Ranch will request that riders of age should be given a wristband to show that they have been verified by Molson Coors Beverage Company as 21 or up to keep the flow of the rider line moving at a fast pace.   RIDER RELEASES AND HOLDS HARMLESS THE HOLLYWOOD’S PRODUCTION INC., MOREY’S PIER, SILVERADO RANCH INC., MOLSON COORS BEVERAGE COMPANY, CITY OF WILDWOOD, EVENT FACILITY AND OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, REPRESETATIVES, AND OPERATORS ASSOCIATED WITH OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE OPERATION OF THE MECHANICAL BULL (COLLECTIVELY, “RELEASED PARTIES”) FROM ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES, CLAIMS, AND DEMANDS OF LIABILITY, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT ARISING FROM THE GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT OF THE RELEASED PARTIES. I THE UNDERSIGNED HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THE RISKS OF RIDING THIS MECHCANICAL BULL AS STATED IN THE RELEASE AND CONFIRM PROFESSIONAL BULL RIDERS INC., SILVERADO RANCH INC., MECHANICAL BULL SALES INC, ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY /ALL LIABILITY CLAIMS OF ANY NATURE FOR MYSELF AND ANY / ALL MECHANICAL BULL RIDERS, AND I AGREE TO THE CONDITIONS OF THIS RELEASE.

 I understand and agree that photographs and/or videotape may be taken of me during the Promotion, and I hereby provide my unconditional, irrevocable consent to the use of my name, likeness, biographical facts, photographs and/or videotape (collectively “Image”) throughout the world, in perpetuity, in any and all media including, without limitation, the World Wide Web, for any purpose as solely determined by Molson Coors Beverage Company, including without limitation, advertising and promoting Coors products.
